What material is the charms?
Charms come in a variety of materials including enamel, polymer clay, stainless steel, alloy, resin, acrylic, PVC, glass, and others.
-Stock photos may slightly differ in color from physical product.
What shipping provider do you ship with?
Jurzi's Jewels LLC ships with USPS (The United States Postal Service). In the instance that your package is fairly large, we will ship with UPS.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal, Manual Payment (which is CashApp), and all major credit cards through PayPal checkout.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we offer international shipping. The shipping cost is automatically calculated at checkout.
What do I do if my items arrive damaged or my order is missing an item?
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, you must email us within 24 hours of you receiving your order at Jurzisjewels@gmail.com with your order number and a picture of the damaged item. Please email us with your order number and the name of the item that's missing.
Can I return my order?
At this time, Jurzi's Jewels LLC does not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges.
My package was returned back to you.
If your package is returned back to sender, it could be because you did not put the correct address at checkout or you did not put your apt/unit number. You will have to pay another shipping fee for it to be shipped back to you. Or, you can receive a refund for the items only.
What do I do if I never received my order?
If you haven't received your order, check your tracking info on USPS website. COVID is causing major shipping delays. The best option after tracking your package is to contact your local post office for more information. If USPS claim your package as lost, YOU must submit a lost package claim through USPS. Jurzi's Jewels is unable to give you any info once the package is in the hands of the post office.
